JORD graciously sent me one of their new watches, the Cora Polaris, for me to try out and to style. I was especially intrigued by the Cora Polaris because of the beautiful and unique mix of polished metal and wood accents. It’s a one-of-a-kind timepiece that can easily be dressed up or down, and I enjoy wearing it as my daily watch. The rose-gold and wooden band is eye-catching and surprisingly, pairs quite nicely with any variety of other jewelry that I wear on a regular basis. The Cora Polaris style I have is the rose-gold model with walnut wood links and a Midnight Blue watch face, though this model comes in a few metal colors and wood combinations.
Overall, the Cora Polaris watch exudes elegance and style, with so many beautiful, thoughtful details. The 34mm dial features hand-seated Swarovski crystals depicting the stars of the Little Dipper, a unique reminder of the beauty and influence of nature in many forms.
JORD also makes it super convenient to find a watch that fits your wrist correctly. When purchasing watches with link-bands, such as the Cora Polaris, you have the option of requesting link removal so that the watch band fits your wrist right out of the box. JORD provides resources to help measure your wrist size and determine how many links to remove before ordering.
I had a few links taken off of my watch when I selected my watch online, however I struggled with getting my size exactly correct (I measured a bit too loosely), so when I received my watch it was still a bit too large. So thanks to my smaller-than-average wrist size, I simply took my watch to a nearby jewelry store to remove additional links, and now it fits nicely.
